🧺 1. Create a “Grab & Go” Snack Station

Instead of being asked for snacks all day long…

👉 Set up a little spot in your kitchen with:

  • pre-cut fruit
  • yogurt
  • snack packs
  • juice boxes

Now your kids can grab their own snacks. You can also make a little drawer, bin, or space in your fridge as well.


🍽️ 2. Plan 3 Repeat Meals Each Week

You don’t need a brand new dinner every night.

Pick 3 go-to meals like:

  • Taco night
  • Pasta night
  • Sheet pan chicken & veggies
